Drug Uses
Estradiol is a medicine used to reduce the symptoms of the menopause, to treat vulval and vaginal atrophy, and to prevent the thinning of the bones.
How Taken
You should consult your doctor or pharmacist at least every 6 months in order to determine if you still need estrogens or not.
Warnings/Precautions

Missed Dose

Possible Side Effects
Estradiol may cause the following side effects: nausea and vomiting; breast tenderness or enlargement; enlargement of benign tumors; retention of excess fluid (this may cause worsening of some conditions like asthma, epilepsy, migraine, heart disease, or kidney disease); a spotty darken of the skin, particularly on the face.
Storage
Estradiol should be stored at a controlled room temperature 15�C to 30�C (59�F to 86�F). Keep it away from children.
Overdose
